Job Description

My client is based in Redbourn, Herts and offers a career path for their teams and this is why they have a very high staff retention.  They are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Working in a friendly but busy team, you will take inbound calls from customers dealing with:-

  • Resolving customer issues with their equipment
  • Passing the details to the relevant Technical team
  • Sending out replacement equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Dealing with billing issues

Would suit a graduate or college leaver with at least 1 years experience of working in an office based customer service role.  We are looking for a person who has a confident telephone manner, and lives within easy commuting distance of Redbourn, Herts.  Nearest towns include, St Albans, Harpenden, Luton.

The role is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits and full training.
