My client is a small but well established organisation within the property industry, who are seeking an experienced accounts clerk/Credit Controller to manage their block management accounts. This is a new role as part of their expansion. The role will include:-
·Managing accounts for 350 properties
·Inputting invoices received and paid onto the Propman system
– Bank Reconciliations
– Posting to sales ledger and purchase ledger
·Chasing outstanding payments via letter, email and phone
·Calling electricity and gas companies for revised bills
·Pass all outstanding bills to the Director for payment
·Inputting paid service charges onto Propman
·Chasing contractors for invoices
The role is based in Borehamwood and has free on street parking, pension and 20 days holiday.Working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.
