HR and Payroll Manager
My client is a well established organisation based in West London near Heathrow Airport. The role is a standalone role and office based reporting into the CEO of the business.
Ther role involves:-
- Managing all HR process and procedures
- Payroll for all employees both monthly and weekly
- Employee welfare
- Recruitment
- Organising inductions
- Keeping HR records up to date
- Ensuring compliance with industry requirements
- Developing training courses for external customers
- Working with the CEO on projects
