Job Description
Our client is a very well established and successful, privately owned wire workers based in Bedfordshire.
Due to the impending retirement of the current person, they are seeking an experienced man manager with engineering experience, who is also a hands on worker to take over the running of the factory.
The role will involve managing 25 people, taking customer designs and converting into templates to be produced within the factory. The factory currently use CNC machines, they have a computer design package and other metal welding and cutting equipment.
The successful candidate must have experience of managing staff within a manufacturing environment, an understanding of CNC equipment, wireworking and qualified/experience in engineering.
