A truly independent Recruitment Consultancy, specialising in the recruitment of Permanent staff only. The Perfect Team was launched in 2000 by Ruth Goodmaker-Brown.
Established to offer Candidates and Clients an alternative to traditional recruitment services which includes a confidential advisory service, taking time to listen to companies and individuals needs.
The Perfect Team are dedicated to ensuring we deliver a totally flexible and personal approach to meeting Candidate and Client recruitment requirements. This is achieved by working in partnership with our Candidates and Clients. We work hard to understand each individuals' requirements, and tailor our service accordingly. Our size and self - financed status allows us to work with total flexibility with all aspects connected with the recruitment process including advertising budget, interviewing structure and fee and invoicing Terms.
Our service
The Perfect Team recruits Permanent staff from junior level to senior management, across all industry sectors, for any size of organisation. Our Client base ranges from multinational organisations, to independent businesses that employ fewer than 10 people. Our Client base includes Clients who work with the Perfect Team on a sole supplier basis, and Clients recommended to us.
Our service to each Candidate and Client will be different and personalised to individual needs.
We are proud of the service we deliver, and are confident we select appropriate Candidates for Client consideration. After appointment however, should a candidate leave within 100 days after commencing employment, we offer either a full refund or a free replacement, whichever the Client requires.
